Tribulus terrestris herbal tea

HOW TO PREPARE AND TAKE IT!:
1 dose of the tea:
Place 2 tea bags in 300 ml of water.
You boil it (with the bags in the water) for 15 min.(some of the water will evaporate during boiling).
Then add water just enough to fill it back up to 300 ml and leave it for 24 hours in a refrigerator.
Take it under the following schedule:
Day 1 - 3 times a day(after a meal) x 3 tablespoons (roughly 3X30ml for the day)
Day 2 - 3 times a day(after a meal) x 4 tablespoons (roughly 3X40ml for the day)
Day 3 - 3 times a day(after a meal) x 5 tablespoons (roughly 3X50ml for the day)
Prepare 2 more doses and you drink them until they are finished with the intake from day 3
3 times a day(after a meal) x 5 tablespoons (roughly 3X50ml for the day)
Keep the prepared tea in a fridge, it is a very strong, you will need to have a 10 day break when you finish with first 3 doses
and you can repeat the same intake as above for another 3 dose period.
